Yes, it happens to dogs, too. My guys are sad it's Monday. Specifically, they're sad they're not on vacation anymore.
Here's some of the fun we had last week:
It's nice to just get away and leave your worries in the dust. Or in the wake. Or whatever. It was good.
This dog LOVES his bumper. He's never without it at the lake.
We had our own private island. Except that it wasn't ours. And it wasn't private. But it might as well have been — we had it all to ourselves every day for vacation.
Even Nemo was worn out and had to take a power nap in the boat between swimming holes.
Well, it's back to reality today. But it sure was nice to spend our vacation with the dogs. At least we're all feeling a little sluggish and mumpy-grumpy together today.
What great pics!! Briscoe gets sad when my Board & Train dogs go home. He sulks around and doesn’t want to eat. Hope everyone gets a bit more chipper & back into the swing of things soon!
We all, including Honey, feel a little blue after a vacation. Each year I swear I’m going to try to bring more vacation into my every day life. Since I’m sitting on the porch typing this, maybe I’ve already done that. 🙂
Our little dog (a chihuahua corgi mix) named Duey has been sent to an animal daycare for a week when we went on vacation to Chicago.
