What Mix of Breeds?

If you have a mixed breed dog, do you ever wonder just what breeds make up your dog? I’ve always suspected that Nemo has a lot of Great Dane in him, but until now we’ve just had to guess…

Today we had Nemo’s blood sent to a company that has identified the DNA markers for over 150 breeds. Hopefully within four weeks, we’ll know for sure if Nemo’s got any Dane in him! I’m so excited, I’ve been wanting to do this for so long. It was relatively inexpensive – $125 and that includs the blood draw, shipping, and a detailed report on what breeds make up Nemo’s heritage!
